What you might be experiencing

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, confusing or emotionally exhausting. You may be struggling with anxiety, low mood, grief, relationship difficulties or simply feeling that something isn’t quite right.  Whatever has brought you here, you don’t have to face it alone.

You are welcome to bring whatever is on your mind, knowing that you will be listened to without fear of judgement. Together, we can explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences, helping you gain greater understanding, develop new perspectives and move towards the changes that feel important to you.

What I can help with

I know that starting counselling can feel daunting. My aim is to help you feel comfortable from our very first session, offering a warm, accepting space where you can be yourself without feeling judged or under pressure. My counselling work is grounded in a person-centred and pluralistic approach. This means we will work together to find the approach that best meets your individual needs, recognising that no two people or counselling journeys are the same. Building a trusting therapeutic relationship is at the heart of my work. I aim to provide a space where you feel safe, respected, listened to, and supported throughout our work together.
